Preparation:
Add coffee and water to the cezve (Turkish coffee pot). If using sugar, add it now.
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
When it starts to foam, remove from heat and distribute the foam into cups.
Return to heat, and when it foams again, pour into the cups.
